Tina A Elsworth

Tina A. Elsworth, 62, of Parsons, passed away at 3:15 a.m., Friday, July 19, 2019 at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas.

On November 24, 1956, Tina Arlene Johnson was born to Herman and Hazel (Quigley) Johnson in Neodesha, Kansas. Growing up in Neodesha, Tina graduated from Neodesha High School.   As a high school student she ran track and was the school record holder in the 200 meter relay.

Tina had worked as a waitress and cook for a number of years, including working at Eggberts in Chanute, Kansas. In 2005, Tina moved to Parsons. She was most recently a homemaker. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her grandchildren. Tina also enjoyed cooking and traveling.

On June 20, 2008 she married Tim Elsworth in Parsons. He survives of the home.

Juanita Griffin of Oklahoma

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Brandi; and two brothers, Mike and Ray Johnson.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, 405 Main, P. O. Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
