Vernon Charles "Mike" White, 63, of McCune, died at 6:05 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2009, at his home.
He was born June 8, 1945, in Parsons, Kansas, to Earl and Dollie (Smith). Through the years, he worked as a construction laborer.
On December 11, 2008, he and Emily J. Meek were married. She survives of the home.
