Wanda M. Crowl, 75, a former resident of Thayer, died Saturday, February 16, 2008, at the Geary Community Hospital in Junction City.

She was born November 29, 1932, in the Thayer community, to James and May (Addams) Lieblie. She was a graduate of Thayer High School.

In August of 1950, she was married to Clyde Crowl. Most of their married life was spent in Junction City. They divorced in 1974. Through the years, she had been employed with civil service at Ft. Riley, the V. A. Hospital in Topeka, and was a clerk at Wal-Mart.

Scott Crowl Ft. Collins, CO
One Daughter – Carol Crowl Junction City, KS
Five Grandchildren
Two Great-Grandchildren
One Brother – Delbert Lieblie Florida

She was preceded in death by one brother, James Lieblie.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 20, 2008 at the Morehead Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Wednesday.
