Wilma Joan Westhoff, 71, of Parsons, died at 1:00 a.m., Thursday, March 8, 2007, at the Granbury Care Center in Granbury, Texas. She had been in failing health.
She was born July 7, 1935, in Richards, Missouri, to Thomas Leo and Ruth May (Webster) Hibdon. She was raised by her mother and step-father, Charles Sheehy, after her father died in 1939. As a young girl, she moved with her family to Hepler, Kansas, graduating from Hepler Rural High School.
She worked at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 30 years before retiring in 1986. She enjoyed shopping. She was a member of the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons and the Pioneers Retirement Club for Southwestern Bell employees.
She and Robert Lee Westhoff were married at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Walnut and later divorced. She and William Keagle were married in Wichita. He preceded her in death. She and Robert L. Westhoff were reunited in marriage on August 20, 1999 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. He survives of the home.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and two brothers, Richard Hibdon and Leo Hibdon.
Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Walnut, Kansas. The Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2007, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The family will receive friends following the Rosary.
