Writter W. Whittley

Writter Wrank Whittley, infant son of Jasmine Thomas and Anthony Whittley, of Altamont, was stillborn at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at Freeman Birthing Center in Joplin.

Survivors include:

His parents – Jasmine Thomas and Anthony Whittley of rural Altamont, Kansas

One brother – Rigyn Whittley

Three sisters – Jaylee Thomas, Sharlee Thomas, and Tegan Whittley

Maternal Grandfather – Gilbert Gardner of Seattle, Washington

Paternal Grandparents – Ralph and Arra Whittley of Altamont, Kansas

Paternal Great-Grandmother – Margarita "Maggie" Nance of Parsons, Kansas

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Christlee Gardner and paternal great-grandfather, Gene Nance.

There will be a graveside funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Altamont.  The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons.
